
Glow Marine and Dundee Marine celebrate Keel laying ceremony for its customer Vallianz holdings limited (Vallianz) (Hull A0141)

On 19TH July 2022, this date marked an important milestone for Glow Marine Pte Ltd as it jointly hosted with Dundee Marine Industrial Pte Ltd, their first Keel-Laying ceremony for its customer Vallianz (Hull A0141) at its yard in Pioneer Sector, Singapore.
The Keel-Laying event was also a significant milestone for the vessel as it started its construction process of a 48m Security Vessel which is designed by SeaTech Solutions International (S) Pte Ltd.

Named “RAWABI SCB 1”, the 500dwt Security Vessel has a beam of 9.20m wide, a depth of 3.90m, and has a total passenger complement of 80. The vessel is designed to the highest standard of safety in accordance to the Dundee Veritas include: Design; Build and Management.

DESIGN: To provide design consultancy with proposed design concepts tailored to each individual client’s requirements based on proven designs.
BUILD: To construct vessels in the most innovative, economic ways and in friendly locations.
MANAGEMENT: To provide the owners with consultancy on the entire range of Project and Fleet Management.

Established since 1977, Dundee specialize in shipbuilding and ship repair; oil & gas; marine & offshore engineering and marine consultancy. It operates a fully equipped shipyard with all ship building and ship repair essentials. The shipyard was specifically designed and built to bridge the gap between large scale multi-national shipyards and small scale locally owned shipyards. Facilities include 1 no. 39m x 190m slipway with 2 cradles and 2 fully equipped covered workshops for aluminium boat building.
