Climate Impact and Purus Marine partner for net-zero shipping route
This will support the transportation of hydrogen fuels.
Climate Impact Corporation (CIC) has signed an agreement with Purus Marine to develop a net-zero shipping pathway for the transportation of renewable hydrogen fuels.
In a statement, CIC said the partnership would enable the global transport of renewable hydrogen developed by its modular hydrogen solution. The partnership would also “enable these fuels to be one of the most sustainable fuel options on the market, operating at net-zero when accounting for carbon offsetting.”
“Through this agreement with Purus, we’ve further secured a renewable-powered integrated supply chain that’s a game-changer in helping achieve our customers’ net-zero goals,” said CIC Chairman David Green.
