OOIL profit down 41% YoY in 2025 on lower operating profit

However, total liftings rose to 7.8 million TEU as loadable capacity expanded.

Orient Overseas (International) Limited (OOIL) reported a profit attributable to equity holders of US$1.5b for the financial year 2025, a 41% year-on-year decrease, due to lower operating profit.

Revenue also fell to $9.7b, according to its latest financial statement.

However, total liftings rose to 7.8 million TEU as loadable capacity expanded.

The company has proposed a final dividend of US$0.42 per ordinary share.
