ICTSI net income rises 19% in 9M

This was driven by higher operating income, partly offset by income from a legal settlement at ICTSI Oregon in 2024.

International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI) reported a net income of $751.56m for the first nine months of 2025, up 19% from the same period last year.

The increase was driven by higher operating income, partly offset by income from a legal settlement at ICTSI Oregon in 2024.

Excluding one-time items, new operations in Iloilo, Philippines, and Batam, Indonesia, and discontinued operations in Jakarta, Indonesia,  ICTSI's net income would have risen 22%.

Revenue from port operations reached $2.34 b, a 16% increase, whilst consolidated EBITDA grew 17% to $1.54 b, pushing the EBITDA margin to 66%.

Diluted earnings per share rose 21% to $0.365.
