MOL takes 25% stake in V.Ships France

V.Ships will manage two LNG carriers for INEOS in 2027.

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) has acquired a 25% stake in V.Ships France SAS through its subsidiary MOL Euro Energie SAS.

V.Ships France, based in Nantes, manages LPG tankers, LNG bunkering vessels, and other ships, providing French officers and crew.

The company already manages two MOL bunkering vessels, Gas Vitality and Gas Agility, operating in Rotterdam and Marseille.

As part of the deal, V.Ships France will also manage two LNG carriers for delivery to INEOS in 2027.

MOL said the investment strengthens its European presence, secures access to French-speaking seafarers, and supports its decarbonisation goals.
