PSA, Mitsui O.S.K launch Singapore roll-on/roll-off terminal venture

The project awaits regulatory approval, with operations to begin in the first half of 2026.

PSA Singapore (PSA) and Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL) have announced a joint venture to establish a roll-on/roll-off terminal in Singapore.

The project is currently pending regulatory approval and is expected to begin operations in the first half of the year, with both companies jointly managing the terminal.

Under the partnership, MOL will leverage its global service network, whilst PSA will provide expertise in terminal operations, according to a press release.

In addition, the collaboration will integrate PSA’s automobile terminal more closely into the global logistics network, said Nelson Quek, Regional CEO Southeast Asia of PSA International.

Meanwhile, the collaboration will also extend beyond terminal management into operational optimisation, digital innovation, and sustainability initiatives.
