Shipping Liquids by Bulk Containers

Interflow (Tank Container System) Limited is offering a new deal to shippers of free flowing liquid cargoes to and from the Far East, Australia and New Zealand. Multinational companies with household names are already taking advantage of Interflow’s service.

Interflow is an operator of stainless steel ISO tank containers. Its service involves the door-to-door transport of liquids on a combined transport Bill of Lading at an all-inclusive price. The customer pays only for the journey to the overseas customer. Interflow undertakes to find return cargo.

Interflow’s tank containers measure 20’ x 8’ x 8’, conforming to international standards for road, rail and sea transport. The frame contains a stainless steel cylinder of a payload of 20 tons, equal to one hundred 200 litre drums. The container is designed to carry the widest assortment of liquids. Interflow ensures that the tank is suitable for the cargo and that temperature control is available where needed.

Shippers of liquid cargoes in South East Asia can now, for the first time, use tank containers to get the maximum benefit of containerisation.
