HD Hyundai Marine Solution to acquire Goltens Worldwide

It is anticipated to be completed in the late fourth quarter of 2026.

HD Hyundai Marine Solution (HMS) entered into an agreement with Goltens Worlwide, eyeing its takeover.

The proposed acquisition offers opportunities to expand technical capabilities, strengthen its global service coverage and support investment in people, facilities and technologies.

The transaction is anticipated to be completed in the late fourth quarter of 2026 or early first quarter of 2027.

Following completion, Goltens will continue to operate as an independent service provider, maintaining the service approach, customer relationships and technical expertise.

Goltens’ global network of service centres and field engineering teams will also collaborate with HMS, to better serve HMS’s growing aftermarket customer base.
