
Maersk, Castlery ink freight and integrated logistics deal
The deal involves providing ocean freight, intermodal transportation, and distribution.
A.P. Moller – Maersk and Castlery have signed a 10-year ocean and integrated logistics service agreement, which will support the global expansion of the Singapore-founded furniture brand.
In a statement, Maersk it will provide end- to-end logistics solutions, covering ocean freight, intermodal transportation, and distribution, as well as strategically located warehousing in key markets.
“This long-term partnership with Maersk gives us the certainty to grow, whilst demonstrating our commitment to delivering a seamless experience for our customers,” said Declan Ee, co-founder of Castlery.
Maersk and Castlery have been working together for years, with the former helping optimise the brand’s supply chain operations, inventory management, and last-mile logistics.
“With the introduction of Maersk’s new network under the Gemini Cooperation, Castlery is set to benefit from enhanced reliability and improved delivery lead times, allowing for leaner inventory and better cost efficiencies,” Maersk said.
