Seatrium lands $156.25m deal for South American FPSO project
The project execution is expected to begin in Q4 2026.
Singapore-based Seatrium has secured a floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) integration contract worth over $156.25m (SG$200m) from Dutch-based SBM Offshore N.V., supporting offshore developments in South America.
Project execution is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, with completion scheduled for 2029, Seatrium said in a statement on 30 October.
The group's scope of work includes fabricating key mooring and riser support structures, a flare tower and associated topside support structures, modifying and drydocking the vessel, and integrating topside modules.
It will also undertake mechanical completion activities, select pre-commissioning works, and support commissioning and sea trials.
